 Dear Body, 


Thank you for all that you do. Waking me up each day allowing me to walk, run, hug, stretch, and do so many activities that I sometimes take for granted. I appreciate all your unique talents. You digest my food, allow me to dream, sleep, imagine, communicate, and adventure through life. You are responsible for all my physical sensations and experiences. You make it possible for me to smell, feel, hear, and see. I appreciate all these capabilities so much and truly recognize all your hard work. 

I love you body. Thank you for your dedication to me.
