What Happens to Your Sense of Time When You Meditate ?

Meditation allows me to find a stillness in my mind and body. I fall into a motionless peaceful darkness where my sense of time comes to silence. When I meditate, I am fully observing all of my thoughts, feelings, themes of consciousness, and realities. I am just me.. watching these things come and go as if they were clouds in the sky. It is a serene temporary dissociation from the physical world. I feel elevated to a spiritual realm where time dissipates, and my soul is infinite. I become the moment, but the moment does not become me. I am fully present in my most authentic self. This allows the mind to explore the link between the spiritual and physical world.
